I was impressed with the young man who assisted me with the bike. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient as I tried to absorb all the information. My only reason for not giving a “10” is that there was no negotiating room period. I love to trade with local businesses but in my experiences there is most always a discount off of full retail price. Maybe the internet has changed that. Still, I will use this shop for my service and highly recommend.

These guys were amazing on the service side of things. Will always go to them for any service we need on our e-bikes. Honest, straight up, gave us the skinny, the work around if we wanted to avoid spending the money to completely fix. We decided to fix it anyway, but appreciated the integrity and honesty of the entire experience.

Great selection of bikes. When they refurbished my old cannondale it worked like new. I thought some of the parts, like the cassette were new, but Collin said it was just cleaned good. Fantastic work. I will keep going there.
