I had a small replacement tires/tubes issue with my bike, and the courteous and prompt service was great. The individual who took care of it was friendly, and informative. I do not have an expensive bike, and it's riding better than ever now after repair and their inspection/tune-up. Being a senior rider, it's reassuring to know they are just around the corner and so willing to accommodate any cyclist. Repair bill was extremely reasonable, they're not out to gouge.

Although I did not make a substantial purchase, this business was absolutely amazing to work with. My business with them was the completion of the assembly of a bike i purchased online and the instructions, destructions it seemed in some places, were, let’s say, wait-what?
They were appreciative of my business. Would I recommend, you betcha.

Fantastic shop. Always open and honest. They relaced my son's ebike wheel and helped get a replacement hub motor from the manufacturer. They were great at servicing my son's rear derailleur and installing the hub motor.
I have to warn others, though, if you have an ebike from a Chinese or unknown manufacturer with little to no customer service, this shop can't do anymore than you can to get parts.

The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and not at all pushy.

Friendly and very helpful when I needed some work done on a tire....

Staff was helpful and kind. The bike shop was clean, easy to navigate, and had pretty much anything you would need for cycling. I would go back anytime, and will definitely look there when purchasing a new bike. The added bonus is they are in a great location for me, but it's right off I-95, so easy to get to for anyone in the South Jacksonville/St.Augustine area. Thanks!

ILB (Mike) did a great job with my triathlon bike. Professional, knowledgeable, explained issues in detail (I am an engineer, I expect that from everyone, specifics matter, ha), and price of service was reasonable. Highly recommend this bike shop in WGV FL.

Best bike mechanic i beat up my ebike in the trails and could not find a replacement wheel, Mike rebuilt my spokes and a various many other items he updated now it rides as good as new. 2500 miles of wear and tear and now it rides as if it was at 0 again. Thanks Mike and island bikes!

Very good and prompt service on all of our bikes at a very good price. Been using WGV store for two years and the team led by Mike at the WGV store are very responsive to getting our bikes maintained or addressing a specific repair request. They also have a large inventory of new bikes and accessories and its very convenient to access only 1.8 miles away from our house.

I love the fact that the shop is nearby, and that they will pickup and deliver bikes.

Small shop with great employees. Got what I needed and then lots of info about rides in different parts of town.

Excellent service as expected at Island Life Bikes. At turn in, Mike explained what the level two maintenance process entailed and its benefits over the level 1 service and provided a good estimated cost for servicing the TREK Marlin 5 bike. A turn-in, a receipt was issued followed a few hours later by a text notice that the bike was being serviced. Bike service was completed quickly and available for pickup following day to our complete satisfaction.
