Your team of Tom and Brandon are very friendly and knowledgeable. They were great to talk with and helped get my bikes ready to ride again! The tune-ups were done within 24 hours, which is far better than any other bike shop I have trusted by bikes with. My wife and I had a great ride just a few days after getting our bikes back!
The shop does need to do a much better job of letting the community know they exist and are in business - even the Island Life Bike Shop website does not give any information on this location!!!
I would also recommend getting involved with the local bike clubs and local organized rides.
Other than that, I will continue to patronize this location. Big thanks to Tom and Brandon!

I took my bike in for repairs on the brakes and gears. They did a great job! They went above and beyond by cleaning it up, pumping up the tires and made it look like new again. They made me aware of few other issues but no pressure to get fixed now. Convenient location for me as well. Would definitely recommend!

Tom was great! I actually input the wrong address to my GPS and had intended to buy a specialized bike from a different shop. Tom helped me understand the components of the bike that were going to support my needs, a couple quick test rides and we were off. I ended up in a Trek and am loving it.
