Brought my bike in for a general tune-up and cleaning...rather do that they looked my bike over and then gave me an estimate on the things needing replacement/repair. Appreciate that they paused on the initial request for a tune up and clean rather than performing those things and charging me and then giving me the estimate for additional work. When I came o pick up my bike they took the time to show me the problem items and explained my options to me. Appreciate the upfront honesty of this bike-shop.

We just recently moved to the area and wanted to buy beach cruisers for the whole family. The team at Island Life was extremely helpful, took the time to help us make the best choices for us, and never steered us toward a specific bike. We ordered the bikes, and after being built and delivered, checked in to make sure we were satisfied. Couldn’t be happier. They treated us like family, not a transaction. And the bikes are fantastic. I dealt with Brandon. He was very professional and explained what I needed to return the bike to new condition. He gave me an estimate for parts and labor and when the bike would be ready. The bill was actually lower than he quoted the bike was ready on time. The bike was in a dirty condition upon drop off and had been cleaned for pickup. He took the time during pickup to make sure that everything worked properly. A very pleasurable experience. 5 Star

The selection of regular and ebikes is great and the staff and owner are incredibly knowledgeable, pleasant, and willing to spend time to answer all questions. We took up a lot of their time trying to figure out what best fit our needs and their input was incredibly helpful.
Brandon is a great salesperson who couldn't have been more accommodating and the owner, Glenn, even helped us load the two ebikes we bought into the back of our truck. It was a really great experience and we have peace of mind knowing we can get our bikes serviced with no issues, unlike if we had purchased them on Amazon or directly from the manufacturer. This is a major purchase so do it right and go to Island Life Bikes in World Golf Village - down the road, you'll be glad you did!
