The customer service was awesome on from the moment we walked in for my son to try out a 24” tricycle. We weren’t ready to purchase the first visit and still everyone was super nice and helpful. They even gave us some helpful ways to teach our son, who has Autism, how to ride a standard 2 wheeler and how they would be able to modify it if we wanted to go that route. When we ready to make a purchase there was no question as to where we were going to purchase a bike from, Island Life Bike, of course! We purchased it later that week, a different gentleman was working, the customer service was just as outstanding! The team at Island Life Bike was able delivered the very next day.

Great service and great price for a nice bike. I was looking at a different bike but did not like it. I happen to see the red FX+2 sitting outside the door. It was just what I had in mind. I already own a Domane+ road bike but I needed a bike for riding around town. The sales man was great. He went out of his way to make me happy with my new bike plus various extras. I’m not good remembering names but he was a young guy and he was so helpful. I live across the street from the island Life St. Augustine store so great service is a stone’s throw away. I’m very pleased with my purchase.

Staff was amazing! They did everything to fix my Rad Runner 2. They dealt with the manufacturer for me and tried their best to complete the repairs in a timely fashion. They always were sure to call and give me updates on how the progress was going. They were knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely be going back in the future should an issue arise and I highly recommend!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful and worked with us to order the perfect e-bikes for my wife and I. They have been extremely helpful to us after the sale. This is the only bike shop in our area we will ever deal with and I highly recomend them,

We’ve been using the down town store. Then this one opened in World Golf Village which is closer to where we live. The staff were friendly and accommodating. What I liked most was the fact that we brought a dirty bike in for service and left with a bike that was as clean as new. We will return.

Thanks for coming out to do the warranty work on my new trike. I need a receipt to submit to Lectric with a description of the warranty work as soon as possible.

I have 60 miles on my trike, my neighbors are stopping me and asking about where I got it. I told them island life bikes at world golf village. One of my many jongg friends is interested in getting a new bike and probably will visit your store next month.

I am loving riding my trike and will start riding it everywhere next week. It's more fun than any two wheel bike I've ever owned, I haven't found the bell yet. Will look thru the shipping box tomorrow in the event I tossed it by mistake. Please do not share my information. I wish to protect my privacy. Hopefully the weather will be warmer next so I can ride everywhere...

Knowlegable and very helpful always!

My bike got banged up in the POD when we moved from Upstate NY to St Augustine. Island Life made all the necessary repairs so that my bike looked like brand new again!
