I had not been able to ride my much loved 2018 Trek Versa 2 for nearly 2 years due to ankle issues which made getting on and off my bike inadvisable. I was thrilled to discover the Versa 2 step thru bike. With the help of Chris I learned how to get going and stop without jarring my feet. (not hard). The new Trek rides great, and I am back in the saddle. The folks at Island life have always been professional and patient.

The customer service was awesome on from the moment we walked in for my son to try out a 24” tricycle. We weren’t ready to purchase the first visit and still everyone was super nice and helpful. They even gave us some helpful ways to teach our son, who has Autism, how to ride a standard 2 wheeler and how they would be able to modify it if we wanted to go that route. When we ready to make a purchase there was no question as to where we were going to purchase a bike from, Island Life Bike, of course! We purchased it later that week, a different gentleman was working, the customer service was just as outstanding! The team at Island Life Bike was able delivered the very next day.
