You were great at communicating with us. Specifically, Keith was very conscious of our concerns and always addressed our questions. Our availability was always taken into consideration and we were well informed about arrival times and what to expect when the crew was here.
All the Technicians were hard working professionals. They always let me know ahead of their arrival and they were able to answer any questions that I asked.
Hunter showed up within 12 ours of our incident and got to work right away. He and his team showed up daily to check on the mitigation process. Hunter was exceptional in explaining what needed to be done and putting our minds at ease with the situation we were in.
Service Masters went above and beyond to help clean our home and remove damaged material. Their employees worked hard to preserve and restore our hardwood floors without tearing them up (at our request) and did an amazing job. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need!
