Ryan was the associate who first responded to our "flood". He needs a raise. He called ahead, told us his plan, verified this would work for us, and then did what he told us he would. He was concerned for us and showed genuine interest in our family needs. Even though our experience encompassed a holiday season he was right there doing everything he could to make our "flood" as non intrusive as possible. He was happy and obviously loves his job. He is extremely knowledgeable and understands procedures. He is patient and takes the time needed to explain what is being done and why. Being uprooted from regular day to day living is hard. Having to deal with someone who isn't following through, keeping us in the loop, or not showing up when promised is frustrating. Ryan was there for us.
I always wondered why people chose Servicemaster to clean their carpets...I would see the vans around town. Now, I know most likely the family was dealing with some type of disaster. My heart goes out to them, however with an employee like Ryan I know they are being well taken care of. He represents Servicemaster well. I know this sounds like a "rah Ryan" comment. It needs to be. He was the solid force which has helped us through. A while ago he ran into my son at a shop, they spoke as friends. They had become friends because of the way he performed his job (Ryan even made "friends" with the family dog). One last thing, even though Ryan was busy managing several other disasters, we always felt we were his number one priority. Not often you feel like that in today's busy life.

I have to say that I was pleased with the responsiveness to my urgent situation. I had my basement flooded by a burst water pipe thanks to the 2014 Artic Vortex conditions, not fun.. Called the Centreville/Herndon Servicemaster after not having any luck with any other Servicemaster location. They came through to save the day. Ceaser and his crew were great! He explained everything that needed to be addressed and was able to answer any of my questions. I work in residential/commercail electrical industry and my customers only get the best. So I know when I see someone or company that provideds the same, meets or eceededs my expectations. The office team at the Centreville/Herndon Servicemaster was Great! The follow up appointment went well, passed the dryness test and now I can move forward with demo and rebuild. Job Well Done!

After they received the call they called me promptly and came out promptly they were very courteous. The lady that called me and the guys called back shortly and came within 3 hours. professional people!
They were professional, friendly, efficient. We had a 5 person team take care of the damage.
The only reason why I didn't give it a 10 is because I live in California and they are working at our rental property in North Carolina. They have done a great job keeping us informed and working with our tenants. I have heard great comments from my management company about ServiceMaster and have had a very smooth processes so far, still have lots of work ahead with the restoration process.

They were able to help me through this horrible ordeal that I pray I never have to face again in my life but if I do I am calling them.

The employees were courteous, knowledgable, helpful in answering our concerns and questions, and worked hard to complete and restore the damaged area for which we were very grateful as we had to stay at a hotel for the two days and nights required to thoroughly dry the area.
