Don’t love the paperless billing since I have multiple locations and am often not in a place where I can print at the time of the email being delivered.

BUT, I paid online after receiving emailed bill for delivery, and got a payment confirmation from your system and a payment receipt at your office, yet I received NO email confirming payment as I had for every other payment under your new system and as I was promised would arrive when I called and visited your office. Clearly, you have my email address.

I had an issue and Madison Read my notes, made adjustments and took it into her own hands to resolve the issue. I was surprised when she called me and tell me that all was taken care of. Truthfully I thought it would fall upon deaf ears,
I explained to her that I try to do business locally as much as possible and its people like Madison as to why I do.
I know the business sold out to a larger company but they still employ locally.
I also am very satisfied with the general service I receive from Your company.

Seems to provide good service. One thing I appreciated was that the driver took notice of the date on the tank. Not sure when it was recertified. I thought that was exceptional because we all want to be safe.
You try to respond right away when a customer has an issue. I've been a customer for many years and though sometimes I feel your prices are a bit higher than others, I am happy with customer service so I don't plan to change. I guess the old saying you get what you pay for stands true.
