Automatic refill
Great customer service. They came out on the fourth of july one year when we ran out of propane. They'll light your pilots if needed. Professional and friendly service

Relatively seamless process. Once you pay for the year they monitor heating days and come and deliver oil.
They also have good cleaning techs.
