After a terrible experience with another local oil company who tried to charge me hundreds of dollars for 30 min work and they were incredibly rude, I went to Champagne and they were kind and efficient and helpful and charged a fair price of only $80 for the same work. This past August 2024, we had a delivery problem/issue, though we had Champagnes replace/upgrade our old tank a year ago. Fortunately, our delivery driver Mario, a service representative Sharon, & Madison, the service manager, all helped us to resolve this issue. Evidently, an error had occurred, which is understandable considering the changes in the company’s computer/billing system. My husband & I are quite pleased with the outcome.
