I like to know that if I run out of oil, no matter what time day or night, they will come and fill me up because of my monthly plan that I pay. I have also received very prompt service if I have any issues! I feel so blessed to have the technicians that have come promptly when needed!

We have been with Downeast Energy for many many years. We have never run out of propane, and the service has been excellent. Every year we get a call to renew our propane contract, and their prices are very affordable. I try and tell as many as possible about your services.

Service is great! I requested a propane delivery through my e-account, and could pay for the propane in the same transaction. Propane was delivered the very next day, and that was during a cold snap when Down East was probably extra busy with deliveries. I also submitted an online query about a cleaning for my propane fireplace, and got a reply the next business day.
