I have always been treated so respectfully by your staff. Most recently, I had requested a delivery online, and a few days later realized I had less in my tank than I thought. I called the office to ask when my delivery might be. The representative was very eager to help me. She let me know that my delivery would be the following day which would have been completely fine. A few hours later I heard a truck outside and you were delivering my propane a day early! You can’t ask for better service than that!

I'm incredibly impressed with this business's resolution of customer issues reported through survey forms. I recently had a pricing issue. After a few years of not understanding how to get the best available pricing and becoming quite discouraged, I spoke to a lovely woman who gave me a clear step-by-step on how to get our household set up for better pricing in the future. She also got us a better current price than we have been paying. This makes a massive difference to our household. Great customer service, called for oil a Thursday before New Years weekend and Delivery was made the next day. Driver is always friendly and courteous as are the people I talk to in the office.
