I like the tank monitoring capabilities that was installed on my propane tanks this past summer. But once my tanks got down to below 20%, it would have been nice to receive a notification to let me know that a delivery would occur within 24 hours. I turned down my heat and did use any hot water to conserve the propane, because I was not sure I would receive a delivery before the snowstorm. Other than that, I have been very happy with the service, competitive pricing and the ability to pay online.

When I've called for delivery of oil, they give me a date but often are able to deliver before that date. Customer service has always been very accommodating.
