We recognize that there were many complaints about your service over the winter. There was one time when we were very low on propane and were concerned. We heat with propane, have a propane stove, a fireplace as well as our generator being fueled by propane. We did get a delivery but it was a bit later than we felt comfortable with. We do believe that you have stepped up your service to make your customers feel more comfortable. We like how you have added the feature to your website to request delivery for monitored delivery customers. It was a tough winter in many respects and we think you have responded appropriately!

Great lock in price. Go on line for a delivery and the tank is filled shortly thereafter.

I was so happy that you guys were willing to do a delivery that I was not sure I needed! I had someone come out to check my tanks a month before. Apparently, the floaters balls got stuck with the temps we had. But still feeling unsure they did a 20-gallon delivery for me. Which confirmed that my tanks were indeed okay. What a relief for me. BEST!!!! Gas company I have had so far. So happy with them!! Anybody out there not happy with yours.... try them!!

Service was quick and efficient. I had a scheduled service window of 2-4 pm and the tech called/arrived very shortly after 2 so there was minimal waiting involved. He diagnosed and fixed the issue on my newer Whirlpool washer unit very quickly and it works like a charm now. I will use Downeast Energy again for any appliance issues in the future.

We have been satisfied customers for a couple of decades. We participate in the monthly payment plan. We have never once run out of oil. We have never had any problems contacting the company. Very satisfied.

So far the company and its people have been easy to deal with. However I did recommend to
My son to switch to you and he was denied due to a notice you are not taking new customer.

Why ask if you don’t or can’t take on new business?

The winter temps this year have been rough, I am happy the tankers are keeping my pigs fueled up.

I am a COD customer which puts me at the bottom of this list. I was ok with that. I called early. Nevertheless delivery was made in a couple days. Great service.
