We receive propane and oil as well as taking advantage of their service contract which covers cleaning and maintaining our boiler. We have had to contact then on a number of occasions for problems when we have lost heat or hot water at all hours of the day as well as weekends, Downeast’s service department has always responded quickly usually within two hours to fix the problem.
