I like the quick response when I call for services and that I talk to a real person and not a computer.
One question - what was the mystery receipt you left me last visit (this week?) Said no money due and didn't show any gallons distributed. What was it?
They are necessary and you deliver them quickly and faithfully.
What I don't like is sending my payment and then having you send emails that I DID NOT PAY and it's very frustrating. A local Brunswick payment address would be a better choice.
You also are now waiting until I have less than a quarter tank of oil before coming...this time it was an eighth of a tank- my Son checked.
this is not exactly what I call good service. I am elderly and having hse two things to worry about- unpleasant. Really unpleasant.
The drivers are fantastic and always do whatever they can to make sure we have what we need.

I like most that Downeast Energy is local to me. When I call I get a local office with a person who knows my region and makes me feel like they know me. That connection is unmatchable.
