Remote monitoring wasn't working. We realized on a holiday weekend that we were almost out of propane. The call center reps, Gina and Shelby, were both super friendly, helpful, and quick to move things forward. The delivery driver arrived within 2 hours of our first call, and he also was very polite, friendly, and happy to answer our questions. Overall, we felt heard and appreciated - thank you! Do not change a thing about your customer service - it is TOP NOTCH!!!!

I like the fact that I was able to call and speak to an associate to have my propane refilled and now I have the option to go online to place an order. Also their prompt delivery service is excellent. They actually let you know when they can complete your request shortly after your order is received.

During our huge storm last week Monday December 18th through the 22nd - we were out of power for those dates. By Wed, running our automatic generator was using up the propane in our two tanks. We called on Tuesday, Wed at 5 pm, your delivery man Scott arrived to fill us up. We were so glad to see him! He advised us to check our tanks again Friday afternoon, and if low, to call the office for a Saturday delivery. Friday afternoon, when CMP showed up here to hook our wires back up, who also appears? Scott! He came to check on us, called the office and said he was going to make a delivery and he filled us up again! We were so very pleased at 739 Head Tide Hill Rd Alna were so very happy with his actions for us!
Always very responsive with any questions or concerns. Never a problem trying to get a hold of a person to help me with anything! That is very important and rewarding!!!
