It took a while for Kirmac to call me back to book an appointment from the time I brought my vehicle for inspection with my claim number. However it’s understandable that the business is busy. From the time my vehicle went in for repairs I found the process to flow quite nicely. Sydney is very professional, organized and very focused. Well done Sydney!!!
I liked the text messages of updates during the process. It kept me informed about the progress of our vehicle and the stages it was in. Also coming back to a clean vehicle was a bonus as we have three kids and our van can get messy real quick lol.

The start of my experience was the friendly and organized receptionist Chelsea. Communications were easy. Other staff were also helpful, friendly, and efficient. The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time and when we expressed concerns about two small areas needing some correction, arrangements were made and corrections attended to quickly. Overall I’m very pleased with the service and have. I hesitation in recommending Kirmac for autobody repairs.
