My strength and stamina are better than ever due to the Y’s various class offerings and the outstanding instructors. I have met so many friendly people and have made long lasting friendships. I love the sense of community that is fostered by the Y and always feel welcome by Y staff.
Turbokick instructor Jen is so much fun I don’t think of the heart pounding exercise as “work.” I drive 35 minutes to take her class even though another Y is 5 minutes from my house. Give that gal a raise!

Love the pool and the adult locker room . I also enjoy the whirlpool .. it would feel even better if it was a little bit warmer .
I am currently in the Livestrong program for cancer patients and survivors. It is a great program to get back in shape with support of others going through the same tough things. Even if you are in remission those going through need to hear your story, it might give them the hope they need at a hard time. I like that the Y is a christian organization but that everyone is welcome no matter your faith, just as Jesus welcomes all. I also attend other group classes, suc
The instructors are all fantastic and class size is small enough for everyone to get individual instruction for enough time to improve throughout the session.
Our instructors Olivia and Felipe have been fantastic at every class and very patient/attentive. We have been very impressed and just wanted to take a moment to praise the instructors. We are very happy with how lessons are going!

The instructors are well trained and personable . Each class is designed with all levels of ability in mind.The instructors use a variety of routines within each class to keep it fresh and effective for the “regulars “ who attend the classes. I enjoy the social aspect of each class as well as the physical challenges. Going to the YMCA is one highlight of my day.
You have it all! Lifeguards are friendly and kind.
Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Also, the facility is kept very clean and the "machines" also are well maintained. We enjoy our time at the Y !!!
