I like the friendly atmosphere at the desk when I first walk in. I like the Enhance Fitness class that I take and I love the friends I have made.

I like the walking track. It is large and easy to walk on.
I usually walk about 3 miles. After which I dress in my swimming attire and get in the pool and walk the length of the pool 3 times, tread water for 10 minutes. Then get into the hot tub and relax. This helps with massaging my knee and lower back.

I like the exercise classes. There is a good variety. There is always a treadmill, bike, elliptical, or rowing machine to use. I like that the pool is available for everyone and the locker rooms are clean. The Y is a clean facility and the staff is friendly! Overall, the Y is a great place to exercise!

I feel like the Parkview Y has a friendly and welcoming atmosphere and all of the employees work well together to help members have a great experience.
