Jorgensen YMCA is there often. I go there numerous times a week.
Excellent equipment and courteous staff who go out of their way to be helpful. This is a fantastic facility, and a very clean facility. And I appreciate the after hours membership for only 4.99/month.

I like the classes, especially Silver Sneakers, Zumba, and Line Dancing. The instructors, Yo, Katie, Kelly, and Shelley, are outstanding.
A very clean and comfortable gym. Use the 2nd floor track a lot.

I have greatly benefited from the chair yoga class lead by Jane. She transitions smoothly from the many stretches we do. I even do some of the stretches at home when my back aches. They normally relieve my aches and pains of being a senior.

Plenty of classes and activities offered
Large facility. I do resistance training and find enough equipment to get good workout. Like the walking track during winter. Like the towels supplied. Staff has good, positive attitude.
The Egym experience is amazing. We are in our early 80's and have found the workouts perfect for us. Just what we needed! Renewed energy, renewed strength, and renewed ability to "walk tall". Jorgensen Family YMCA is so clean with a friendly, welcoming staff that cares. We actually look forward to "working out" with no more "oh no, I have to exercise today". Thank you, Jorgensen YMCA.
