I enjoy the place and the staff is always helpful when needed. I use the e gym a lot and noticed that the back machine hasn't been working for awhile. Is there any update on when it will be fixed?
Friendly staff, lots of activities to do, the pool is exceptional.
Plenty of machines, free weights, cable stack to be able to complete a workout with minimal wait time.

Great swim exercise with Josie. My grandkids love the pool both indoor and outdoor. Great swim instructors who relate to the kids. Lifeguards are professional and take their job seriously. Very much appreciated.
We love the Y, and we usually go to Jorgensen. My only complaint for when we go. There is a cleaner that sometimes gets too close while you're on treadmills. With half the treadmills empty and available for cleaning. Will literally clean the one your on. Both my wife and I have been sprayed with cleaner while running.

Lifeguards were working well
Reinstated our membership after taking a year off, mainly for the outdoor pool at Jorgensen this summer. Lifeguards are top notch and take their job seriously. I feel completely safe taking my 7 yo and 4 yo.

I feel that the genuine interactions the membership staff have with members are so much more impactful than a standard welcome and should be celebrated.
The updates to the wellness center last year have been a nice addition. It’s a busy place, but it’s always manageable.

The Y is family oriented and have many exercise classes that many other Y does not have. Also the equipment is not outdated, you have an option to walk on the trail outside or walk on the track indoors. Climbing Wall is offered for active families. Then you also have the indoor and outdoor pool, sauna, and hot tub.

I love the classes and the chance to meet new people. They help keep us active, especially after surgeries.
I use the pool about 4 days a week. water could be much warmer in the winter, locker could just some work.I like it when people say hello or good morning when you come in.

I love the cleanliness of the indoor facilities, the classes offered and the track. I also love the outdoor pool. We did have an unfortunate experience last week. My grandchildren were in town and we decided to visit the pool. I got 2 checked in at the desk and headed outside with them while the nice woman at the counter finished with my daughter in law and the remaining 4 kids. I scanned in at the pool and told the girl the rest were on the way. We walked over to chairs and got our shoes off. When my daughter in law and kids got to the check in, they told her the pool was at capacity and wouldn’t let them in. We waited for a few minutes and watched at least 6 people exit the pool area. The girl told us they were way over capacity and at least 30 people would need to leave, it would be about an hour. The kids were in tears, half the cousins in and half out!
I believe this could have been handled differently with more compassion.
We will be back, but it was definitely a negative experience!
