Almost all of the members are friendly and helpful. You are always going to have a few grouchy ones. I walk before class and enjoy the older members and how nice they are.

My son is not used to being with others and even though he sometimes cries when I leave him, the ladies there always try to console him and keep him happy so I can work out and have a little mom time.
