I love the Jorgensen YMCA! They have a very wide variety of classes that you can select from. All have different levels of difficulty to fit you. Starting from novice to very experienced. Two pools to now choose from since it's warm enough to swim in the outside pool. Then there's the inside one so you can stay out of the sun and use year round. They have a very nice inside walking track to use during inclement weather, as well as an outdoor track. There are several types and levels of different aerobic classes that are available to join, with classes offered at a variety of times. One of my favorites is the chair yoga class that helps the older generation get out and move their body, but with gentle moves so as not to hurt yourself. They have a paper printed schedule so you can pick and choose to fit your time schedule, or sign up for an email to have it sent to you. The staff is there to help you and are great to work with. You will love your experience at the YMCA.
Being able to work out when I want at times where it is closed also having enough equipment to workout with even if there’s a lot of people in the gym.

The outdoor pool at the Jorgensen Y is a great place. The place is clean and well organized. They have lots of new chairs and its set up nicely. I love bringing my grandkids to the pool. The guards are well trained and polite while keeping the kids orderly and safe.
Excellent support for older members. Good for social interchange as well.
