The warm pool. That's all I can do with bad joints. Sometimes or lately it has seemed more cold , don't like that.
Very nice facility. Workers are polite and helpful. Feel safe there. The code of conduct is respected by fellow members. Clever usage of the lobby to promote events that celebrate people.

I come to sporadically expand my exercises to maintain mobility in my 80th year. Your facility is nearby and kept free of microbial transfers. disinfectants and towels available.

Great class options -
I am at the Y 5 days a week most every week. Usually in and out by 9:00am. Sometimes the demand for aerobic fitness equipment is quite high. The weekday early morning staff are great! Friendly and helpful. High marks to them!!!
I like this Y because it is close to home and the people that work there are friendly. I have a “crew” there.
