It's close to where I work and biking distance from my home. The pool and showers are nice and there is a comfortable indoor walking track.

The Men & Women's Health Clubs are amenities that the Central Branch has that no other Y in Fort Wayne offers. It is awesome.

Been a member for nearly 40 years. With the Skyline I dont get to the Central branch but love it no less. Steam/Suana and mens club the best

Staff is friendly and do a good job keeping everything clean. My family love the downtown Ymca, by far the best atmosphere of all the regional YMCAs.

I enjoy the warm and friendly atmosphere. The front desk is quick to say hello upon arrival. Staff is very friendly.

I love that it’s not crowded. I love that Phoenix and Amber know new by name. I like that the y has everything I need for any kind of workout! In fact I probably would not recommend it other people because I don’t want it to get more crowded. I’d tell people to go to the Jorgensen y instead! Hahahaha

I've enjoyed all the water fitness classes I've tried at Central Y. It is such a nice community to meet and work out with.

Staff (central has the best people, EVERYONE is amazing), other members with whom I’ve developed relationships, and location. That said: PLEASE UPDATE CENTRAL. New facility’s mandatory. Downtown Ft Wayne is a unicorn in terms of investment and growth, and the Y needs to position itself for that.
