The staff at the Parkview Y are great. The atmosphere is wonderful for so many reasons. There have been two issues lately though, I wish were addressed...(1) there are children and teens in the adult locker rooms. This happens daily and is very frustrating, especially when they are on their phones. I wish it was monitored more. (2) there are children without blue or orange bands in the wellness center, taking up machines. The other day, a child who said they were 6 was on a treadmill and clearly did not know how to use it. The same day, another child without a band was using a weight machine and broke it because their were not using it correctly. Other than these minor issues, everything is going well at this Y. Thank you.

Everything! The professionalism and kindness of the staff at the Parkview and the Barr St. branches in Fort Wayne. The quality of the Pilates instructor of the Downtown Fort Wayne branch. The swimming pool staff at the Parkview branch, as well as the Aqua Fit instructor. How everything is clean and functional everywhere. I just love it!

The staff, Deanna and Marisol, were very friendly and welcoming! They truly cared about the members, and the facility has a strong community feel. Renaissance Pointe is more than just a place to work out, it's a space where people of all ages and backgrounds can come together, grow, and support one another. The programs being offered are impactful, especially for youth and families, and the Y’s presence in this neighborhood makes a real difference!
