It’s clean, they have plenty of treadmills and weightlifting equipment, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. We also love that they have an indoor pool and sauna.

I love the smaller atmosphere and friendly staff.
The instructors are well trained and personable . Each class is designed with all levels of ability in mind.The instructors use a variety of routines within each class to keep it fresh and effective for the “regulars “ who attend the classes. I enjoy the social aspect of each class as well as the physical challenges. Going to the YMCA is one highlight of my day.
From my experience everyone seems to have a very friendly, positive, Christian attitude. The equipment and facilities are well cared for.
