I contacted Gas Incorporated needing a price for a 1000-gallon tank, bury the tank in the ground, filled with 800-gallons of LP gas and finally a line hook up from the tank to the house. All this was done as expected. My wife and I were very pleased with the entire process. In store, the ladies are VERY helpful. It is extremely difficult to speak with someone in the office when called in. Asked to leave a message but no call backs. I have the "tistheseason" coupon but could not apply it on the website. That additional 35.00 in my back account would have been useful.

The Ellijay office has always been very friendly and helpful. We not only get our gas from there but also purchased our fire place and hot water heater there. Our daughter purchased 2 fireplaces from the Ellijay office for installation in their cabin near Blueridge.

Always had great service until 2022. Then transferred to another office. They had computer problems with the transfer & I was running low on fuel with extreme cold coming & the holidays. But they came through for me just in time. Then this year I never got any word from them that it was time to renew my prepaid contact. I had to call to check on it & get my service set up again for the year. Hope now things will get back on track. I don't need any more problems at my age.
Always friendly and prompt with service. Please be careful with gates next stop. You inadvertently left the gate open and the dogs got out.

Nicest people and very knowledgeable. We learned a lot from about all of our heating and cooling (HVAC) and fireplaces. Also about managing the heating during the winter to prevent all the heat rising upstairs. Great advice!
