The office staff has always been helpful and friendly. The delivery of propane has, at times, needed some tweaking with the schedule but again, everyone works to help you out.
Hope this does not change with new methods and procedures being set up.

Your whole staff has always been friendly and easy to talk to. You installed my tank on my new house three years ago and I haven’t had a single problem. You also installed lines to my outdoor grill and when I bought a portable generator, I called and you promptly came out and installed lines to the generator and checked my whole house to make sure everything was OK. When I call the office for a fill up it gets done within a week. Yes I can now request a fill up online but I enjoy talking to the nice lady at your office!
