The local service. Local personnel, Sandy in the Ellijay office, the delivery folks, are wonderful. The corporate personnel answering the phone (if and when they ulktimately answer) are terrible and if that were the extent of my experience with Superior Propane, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EVER TO ANYONE. Since the purchase by Superior, the ability to access Freemand Gas has significantly diminished. Superior is the worst thing that has happened to Freeman Gas. Only the local personnel keep me as a customer. High marks to the locals and boo to the ownership.
