The telephone service leaves a lot to be desired. I waited on the phone for over 20 minutes for an agent to pick up, and finally just hung up. I then called Marty Pankey who took care of me right away. Thanks Marty!

I didn't get notified that propane had been delivered. I used to get a receipt by the door, then by email. I got nothing until I received this survey. Also, when I went to the website it didn't tell me how much propane was delivered and the price per gallon, but I paid the bill anyway. It's just not customer friendly anymore.

The people at Freeman Gas are truly outstanding. They are helpful, professional, proficient, and a pleasure to deal with. Both the folks in the store and the installers were terrific. The only snag was the process of setting up my account with the parent company. Long wait times on the phone and highly inefficient path to getting set up.
None the less the experience with the folks in Ellijay was outstanding!
They're my Local Propane Company. They ALWAYS do what they say, Show up when they say they're going to and Should something go wrong, They make it Right! The Ladies in the Ellijay Office are the Absolute BEST!

Even though they say to "expect delivery 7 to 10 days" from requested date, we got our delivery in 2 days and their driver (Doug) answered all our questions. Great service!!
Great customer service and delivery is prompt and delivered when promised!!!! They also work with you on pricing to meet your needs , I am retired and on Social Security so every penny saved is a plus to me as a customer. I have been with Freeman Gas for over 3 years and have never had any issues, great service by both customer service and drivers!!!! God bless you all.🙏

The call service center is absolutely horrible, but the staff at the office are AMAZING!!!! I will only c a ll the service center if there is an emergency for a leak, otherwise I will go to the office directly, a 45 minute drive, but they are phenomenal and so helpful and nice.
