Brent is friendly and detailed.
I just took over propane service and the previous owners had left tank completely empty and unconnected resulting water in the line. The service individual went that extra mile to get a very timely propane delivery so he would be able to clean up reconnect the line. Very well done and much appreciated.
The technician that came out to check the tank out before filling it was super nice, informative of what he was doing and explained what I needed to do after he was done.

Prompt and on time and communicate quickly what was done and how many gallons. REALLY like the automatic fill when the level gets near 25% and is done without calling and asking.
