We are quite satisfied with the service and attention we get when needed from Freeman. However, the new merger with Superior Plus has complicated a perfectly fine relationship. I've called more about charges and due dates (it keeps changing) than I ever needed to before. Hopefully it will all settle soon.

I really appreciate everything they (and others I've forgotten by name oops) done for us since we bought our home in March 2020, from inspecting and teaching me how to safely operatte our two fireplaces, to propane delivery, and the few repairs we've needed. Great folks, and always available by phone or in person!
