It hasn’t been painless- but with a hurricane we understand things can go awry. We had an issue with an estimate that then doubled in price, but when I went to speak to the lady at the desk, she was kind and said she would talk to the manager. Later, I received a credit on the bill so it wasn’t offensively over the estimate.
They filled my gas tank the other day without me having to contact them, and I think that that’s a great service and one less thing for me to worry about.
So far so good.
Prompt, courteous and knowledgeable service at Mountain City office. I do highly recommend Freeman to others who are having trouble with their gas supplier. Your Manager, Drivers and Front Counter personnel are top-notch. I hope you take care of them in the same manner they take care of your customers!

Freeman Gas has always been prompt with delivery and service. A good company to do business with in this area.
I live in Mountain City, TN. The gentleman who runs/owns the office here is GREAT. I enjoy doing business with him. However, when I went down to the office to order a refill, the girl behind the counter was rude or, more like, not friendly at all. Apparently, she needs some training on how to handle customers. I realize customer service in the US is lacking. I'm tired of it, so I'm letting you know. I don't plan on moving my service because the gentleman who runs the office is very professional. There are two more propane companies here in Mountain City.
When I walked in I had to wait, that isn't a problem at all. When she came in the office, disgustinly, she said, "Hey." I said "Good morning, then returned her hey." She gave me a condescending glance.
Thanks for filling my tank. I would rather you not use my name, I don't want to be moved to the bottom of the list. LOL.

I gave a 10 star rating because after weeks of absolutely the worst customer service and no one responding to my calls, I finally was able to speak to the owner. He took care of my needs. But the problem is that although my propane needs were eventually taken care of, I do not expect the owner of the company to always come through and do what his employees should be doing.
