I most appreciate your PEOPLE! Freeman Gas was already set up when we bought our home in 2020, so it was easier to leave it as is, esp assuming every gas co in this area prob price-matches and we were too busy with renovations anyway. After 4+ yrs of amazing service, I have never had a reason to even consider switching! However… before Superior got involved, I was offered a discount if I paid within 10 days, but after just filling our tank at the pre-buy price that option has disappeared from my invoice for the first time. Therefore, I guess I’ll just wait and pay at the due date.

I can get in touch with personnel easily, always have propane since I'm on a keep fill basis, if something goes wrong with my logs or if there is a problem at the tank, I can rest assured it will be attended to in a short amount of time.
