We like the friendly staff from the delivery guys to the office staff. We ask to be on list for delivery and never really have to wait long, even after a hurricane. One time we could smell propane from a valve leak and they came quick and installed a new valve. We like the budget program for billing and the fact that you have an app and we can go in and check information.

We can walk into the store in Mountain City, talk to someone directly and get answers to our questions. They are friendly and willing to help. If you need a next day delivery, you can get it.

I most appreciate your PEOPLE! Freeman Gas was already set up when we bought our home in 2020, so it was easier to leave it as is, esp assuming every gas co in this area prob price-matches and we were too busy with renovations anyway. After 4+ yrs of amazing service, I have never had a reason to even consider switching! However… before Superior got involved, I was offered a discount if I paid within 10 days, but after just filling our tank at the pre-buy price that option has disappeared from my invoice for the first time. Therefore, I guess I’ll just wait and pay at the due date.
