Great service.
Since the new company, Superior, took over it has been a total 180 improvement in customer service!!! I now do not run out of propane, and have the ability to pay on line!! So much easier and convenient. The company tracks my usage on line and knows when to come fill up the tank so I don’t have to call all the time. Also I love the app where I have all my tank info at my fingertips! Keep up the good work!!
I have been very satisfied with the service, they routinely check and fill our tank.
Our entire house runs on propane. Came home yesterday and the entire house smelled like gas, which is when you know the propane tank is empty. Called on Christmas Eve around 1pm, the delivery driver was here in less than 20 minutes.
I’ll say, I do miss Freeman Gas. The personal touch was local. Jim Cannon made sure his customers were taken care of.
That said, I’ve been very impressed by Superior. If they can get you from empty to filled, on Christmas Eve, within 20 minutes of the phone call?

They keep check on my tank and I have never ran out of gas. Once I did call for fill up and they were here shortly for a fill. Website is easy to make payment. The gentlmen at the store was helpful when we were having trouble with our logs staying lit. He gave my husband instructions what he needed to do .

We had our propane set up less than a week ago and we are loving it! The technicians were helpful in showing us how to operate our fireplace. The online portal is easy to use and I was able to set up autopay and auto delivery so that we don't even have to go out and check our tank. So far so good.

Freeman Gas has provided us with service for many years. We have always been treated fairly and professionally. We would recommend them to anyone using their products.
The driver that refilled out propane tank was pleasant and helpful. He did some trouble shooting on one of our wall mounted propane units and got it started. We had previously requested service calls on this unit but had not responded with a service call. So your driver was very helpful with this. Unfortunately I don’t recall his name.

They responded well when we had a leaking pressure regulator on our propane tank. Replaced it, and even gave us a discount on our next propane purchase because of it.
