Another company acted like they didn't want out business and said we would have to wait months to get a propane installed.
You did it within a week of our request.

I initially had a problem with not getting help for a new account. Scott Davis, the manager at Spartanburg location, was extremely responsive and helpful. I was taken care of immediately, professionally and kindly. He restored my trust.
