On Tuesday, January 2nd, 2026, my wife and I were discussing the winter weather moving into the Upstate of South Carolina. She asked when we had last filled our propane tank, and not 10–15 minutes later, our gas logs shut off. I checked the tank, and the gauge was reading below 10%.
My wife went to Superior Propane, where she was told it might be next week before they could reach us due to the high volume of customers preparing for the storm. She then spoke with Melissa, who did everything she could to expedite our order.
Although the winter weather arrived on Sunday, your team was able to come out and fill our tank on Saturday morning, ensuring my family stayed warm and safe.

Could not get anyone on phone; waited over 30 minutes with no reply. Then registered at main site and was not allowed to submit a service request (tried twice). Then went in person to your local office in Roebuck, sc. lovely customer service woman put in our what was supposed to be automatic refill request and we got it the next day, prior to the threat of a huge winter storm. So, your local service is great, otherwise phone and online, not very good.
It has been knowing the people and the product that serve has for 20 years better service this is more so today. I have a pool propane heater and have NEVER run out gas for my pool or my heater for 20 + years I've had been Happier about the sale and service GREAT job Bob Bohnsack
Order propane on Tuesday with the icestorm pending for the weekend and received the deliver Thurday morning which was great service prior to the storm.
The only negitive since your buyout of Freeman is extra $100 charge on our tank lease for not ordering more propane on a regular time frame. Are primary use is for cooking. Have not been using our two gas log fireplaces due to the previous mild winters. Poor customer relations for a company buyout and new customer.

I needed my tank filled before the ice storm and they responded with a delivery in 24 hours even though they said that would not be possible before 14 days. I am glad that I have remained an automatic refill customer since 2015.

The delivery of propane to refill my inground tank was excellent. I have been disappointed in not being able to book gas log maintenance through the call in number to Superior. I ultimately went to the Freeman office in Spartanburg and was able to book service from that location and the technician was on site within a week and did an excellent job. I had been trying to get service through the call in phone number for several months without success.
Service is top notch, from the office staff to the delivery men! Would highly recommend them for anyone looking for an excellent team!

Ordering a tank refill was so easy. I just went inline and has propane within 2 days.
Ever since Freeman became Superior, the service has been great! My tank stays full, and any service request has been answered immediately. I love the app where I can keep up with my account and view my tank details.

My propane was delivered in a timely manner however, there was supposed to be a technician come out because the gauge has popped off the propane tank and I was told they would be sending a technician out to repair this. I still have not seen anyone.
