We have been a customer for over twenty years.We have a pool heater and a gas fireplace .The service is a pleasure to talk and they allways ask if they can do any thing too help us.
I was having trouble getting my gas delivered before it would run so low it cost alot to fill the tanks or they would run out. I spoke to the manager and he took care of that quickly. He had meters installed on my tanks so they could monitor my usage. Im very happy now.

Apologies for not responding sooner, out of town.
Alan (Union office) did reach out to attempt to resolve the issue with my tank needing painted, he offered to come out and swap tanks this week. I explained to Alan that I appreciated the offer but since it was now the heating season I did not want to do that at this time due to I personally feel I need to have both gas furnaces checked again once that is done.
That he could plan on in the Spring painting the current tank and/or at the end of heating season (Summer) he could replace tank with no rental fee (I've never paid a fee for my tank) as he suggested.
I have no issues with the service of Freeman Gas, I sincerely hope the requested service of painting and/or replacement can be accomplished in time frame as Alan and I discussed.
