When I call my gas is usually brought fairly soon. During Helene we had gas brought because we are elderly and have a house generator that has a propane tank. They had to go through downed trees. We were so grateful.

I like the auto fill option, however, I thought it would wait till the tank was closer to empty. I only needed 31 gallons. Hate they had to make a trip for that.
Their delivery is always prompt and they have friendly customer service. A few years ago they even showed up on Christmas Eve - a Saturday!!!, to fill my tank so I could make it through the bitter few days ahead. I will never forget that, always thankful!
