Your service is excellent, the driver is always great about calling so our dog doesn't escape when he is opening the gate. If anything happens to our remote equipment he fixes it right away and brings out propane immediately.

Tim was fantastic! He arrived at 7:30 PM, well after dark, purged the gas piping, filled the tank, and thoroughly tested all the appliances and connections.
Tim came out because we were out of propane. It was after hours and he got there after dark. He was easy to communicate with and got everything done in a timely matter.
I'm a low volume user, but Western keeps track of my needs.
