A few months ago i ran out of gas at night. It was freezing outside and only 60 degrees in the house when i got home. Western got right on it and a man came out at 10pm to fill my tank. I was so greatful i didn't have to go down to Frazier park and get a Motel room. I get cold very easily (i am 84) and i usually have my heat on higher than most. So the man that came out set it up so my tank is filled a little sooner than usual. I doubt Amerigas Gas would have done the same.I recomend you every time a new family moves in and asks for referrals. And tell them to stay away from Amerigas.

Our Propane is usually delivered quicker than we expect. When we are home and talk to our delivery person, they are always friendly, and they can always find the tank with no problem.
I was really surprised when we got our delivery Saturday 2/13/25. It was raining and very windy. We did not expect it to show up until the following Monday.

Trouble free. We are remote and seldom get gas, but without fail when tank gets low Western Propane arrives without us calling. Several of our neighbors have their service now.
