We have used western propane for least30 years. Service has always been wonderful. When I let the tank run too low they refilled it immediately. Didn't grumble at my forgetfulness. Prices are comparable. But it is the employees and the service that makes me a loyal customer.
The delivery was so fast! I called on a Wednesday and we got propane on Friday! That was so nice.

I was contacted by Paulina this passes week regarding a survey I completed. I stated I was not happy with the woman that took my propane order. She was rude and demeaning.
Paulina made the effort to call me not once but twice because I didn’t answer the first time she called. I am very impressed with her customer service, she reassured me that the matter was addressed. I so appreciate her also telling me when I call next time for propane, just ask for Paulina and she will be more than happy to take more order!

I have never had a negative experience working with your company, from building the house, through about 8 years of heating it, to adding a buried tank for a whole-house generator.
Your delivery service is always responsive/quick. You always remember your code for the gate.

The only negative I can think of is that your propane truck leaks oil or a similar fluid. It left a spot on the pavers in the driveway. Better to park on the asphalt, pointed downhill.

I like that you are prompt in delivery but I do not like the price of your propane. You used to be the lowest up in the Feazier Mountain area and now you are the most expensive since being taken over by Superior!!!

courteous but very high prices
I recently found my bill outside near my propane tank - not somewhere I think to look! It was flapping in the wind and wet from snow, despite the plastic bag it was housed in. I didn’t know I had received a propane delivery as, I had not received an email or text notifying me. Since I had not received a full since January 2021 - my jaw dropped when I read the total over $700!!! I immediately called Western to find out 1. Why I hadn’t received a notification of a delivery to prepare me 2. Could I set something up for the future, so I would having time to budget and 3. Would I be able to make two payments one this month and the second next.
A delightful young lady called Sam answered my call and happily explained how their system works, set me up with future text alerts and made a note on my account I would be making two payments.
