Excellent across the board. Would pay a few cent more per gallon just to receive the service we got, it’s night and day from Amerigas the fact that I can text and call my reps and get them instead of an offshore call center is a breathe of fresh air

The drivers are courteous and respectful. The office staff is friendly and have arranged a call the day before delivery to ensure I’m home to secure dog(s) and open gate.

We value and appreciate very much the outstanding customer service given to us by Mr. Thomas McGinnis. He is a very rare, classy gentleman who goes out of his way to be helpful. Whenever you call him, day or evening, he responds to you in a matter of minutes. And even after driving a very long distance to our home, he is always cheerful and most pleasant. We are really very much impressed with his service and really appreciate that.
Also, your other staff members, Nancy, Paul & Bob, are most pleasant and helpful. They are also willing to go out of their way to provide you with the best service possible. They all handle the client with kid gloves.

We have gas and live very rurally. Western was not able to deliver during the rains due to our road stranding us for 11 days. They came out very soon after we were able to use the road. So appreciative!

I love the new online payment system and not having to call and bug the Western Propane's office personnel all the time to make payment(s). The online system is set up so that it's quick and easy to make payments.
The Western Propane employees are super accommodating, as well.
