I love the new online payment system and not having to call and bug the Western Propane's office personnel all the time to make payment(s). The online system is set up so that it's quick and easy to make payments.
The Western Propane employees are super accommodating, as well.

Friendly & responsive from the dispatcher through the field folks.
Only hiccup was the valve was not opened at the tank after the fill. Took a bit to sort out the problem.
