The service technician who performed the safety inspection was very helpful, and provided good information. The other representatives have been helpful, and have gotten our service set up and propane delivered seamlessly.
The delivery came earlier than was expecting, which is always a good thing! And Glen was great. I only wished he'd cap it off w/only 6 more gallons to get me over the 200 gallon requirement, so I'd qualify for the 10 cents discount, which I was counting on when I ordered it.

I have been a customer for 11 years. I have always used a credit card on file for payments. The most recent payment was declined because the card had expired and been replaced. I called and the very polite and efficient rep took the new card information and processed the payment and new card on file.

Then the driver was amazing too, and Angelica’s been over the top. Nico has been over the top if I could put a 15 on a scale from one to 10 I would and I’ve got let’s see 123456 people that are gonna sign up and I sent Nico an email and copy them and they’re gonna reach out and get it taken care of. It’s gonna equate to probably 10 tanks for you guys. Thank you so much for being there.
