The service technician who performed the safety inspection was very helpful, and provided good information. The other representatives have been helpful, and have gotten our service set up and propane delivered seamlessly.
The delivery came earlier than was expecting, which is always a good thing! And Glen was great. I only wished he'd cap it off w/only 6 more gallons to get me over the 200 gallon requirement, so I'd qualify for the 10 cents discount, which I was counting on when I ordered it.

I have been a customer for 11 years. I have always used a credit card on file for payments. The most recent payment was declined because the card had expired and been replaced.
