I LOVE the price lock in program ~ my only negative comment was the credit check ~ I really didn't like the "ding" to my credit score, but I guess I understand the need to check someone's credit before allowing them to sign up for this program.
I can call or email in an order, I receive a response and the drivers are pleasant also.
