The amazing staff, the classes offered, the cleanliness
It's a fantastic facility and the people running it are wonderful. Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.
This specific YMCA local is a high-quality service center. Front desk staffs all are friendly and helpful 100% of the time. This is an example of how an institution needs to work for the community. There are other places that are cheaper than the YMCA, but I prefer to pay the amount they ask, instead to go to another places where staffs are poorly trained.
Good instructors, friendly staff, close proximity to work
I love the 2hr of child care every day. My kids have built their own community at the Y and it has given us so much time for ourselves. It feels too good to be true!!

Value and classes offered
The staff are so wonderful. They make you feel like family and that includes KidZone, front desk, lifeguards, and instructors. The facilities are very nice. I’ve been a member of YMCA’s in two other states and they were nothing like this one. When I go to the Southeast Raleigh YMCA my son and I feel cared for and a part of a beautiful community. I’m so thankful for you all!
