Everyone is so kind. I get really anxious to try new things but have felt super comfortable and welcomed by everyone. They care for my son in childcare and I know he’s always safe which allows me a few minutes to myself. It’s been honestly life changing.

Clean Friendly
I love the Southeast Y! Especially because the pool stays open longer than most pools in the area. The only thing I've noticed that would make my experience a perfect 10 would be if there were hair dryers in the ladies locker room-like there are at other Ys in the area.

I love it here. There are so many machines open at this location. The staff is wonderful and very helpful.

The pool. The fitness facilities are top notch. And I love the greenway access that makes it easy to cycle rather than drive to the Y.

The gym is open at all times I like. I like the equipments and their is someone there to supervise if need be.
Great teachers for the group classes. My health and well being has greatly improved with the knowledge learned from the classes. Great energy from the teachers, personable and always available to answer any questions. The staff is always helpful and professional, greeting me as I arrive and wishing me a great day as I leave. Very positive atmosphere.
