Yoga with Pandora, if I need stretches focused on the hip, she has the best routine.

The staff, facility, sportsmanship

I liked that it offers classes that Alexander YMCA doesn't, such as Hip Hop Step Class and Dance classes. I also like that it's smaller and was less populated. I will definitely be back!

Great gym, friendly staff. Wish it was a little bigger but hey we all deal with that problem in one way or another.. I would love to see some fans in the locker room to help cool off after the sauna.

My family and I enjoy the hospitality and atmosphere around this facility. From training to youth sports, they are very well ran.

I like my SER YMCA because I feel welcomed and encouraged to do better physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially when I am there and sometimes when I am not there. The staff and instructors are supportive and knowledgeable. I appreciate the opportunities to fellowship and learn through all the hosted events.

Southeast YMCA is a great Y to use. There are wonderful instructors and nice facilities.

Staff is super friendly. Clean facilities. Diversity (have you been to Finley? Eek.). Members are respectful.
