The gym is very clean with a pleasant atmosphere. A large variety of exercise equipment to use.You can very easily get into your exercise zone and have GREAT WORKOUT! Love it!!

The weight room is bright and sunny. Also, I love the meditation class. I do wish you had a lunchtime yoga class though. I am not an early morning person.

I enjoy that it is a smaller facility that isn't packed tightly with equipment like other facilities that i have visited in the triangle.

I love the feeling of this particular Y. I drive 30 minutes specifically to take classes on Saturdays. This location in particular is diverse, welcoming, and communal. The instructors are very good and genuinely want to help you.
