Great gym and great staff!
I enjoy the spacious and open floor plan of the Y. The variety of the machines and I especially like the studio rooms ( when available) for a "quiet" workout.
The staff is always helpful and friendly.
Especially during my grandson's Y enrollment and offering encouragement as he was preparing for the Air Force!
Also, the women's locker rooms are always neat and clean. What a + 🙂
I look forward to the daily trivia questions at the front desk and grabbing a bible verse on the way out!
I'd love to see other local Y's offer daily trivia and bible verses too!
What i like about my Northwest membership in Cary is the everyone there the staff the young people, everyone is so nice and eager to help one another. The atmosphere is unbelievable. I've never met such an amazing group of people

But please please get more Matrix elliptical machines that have sprint 8 on them!
You had 5 but got rid of 2. Now all 3 are always in use in the morning
It’s a fancy, fun place to be: clean machines, kind staff, good natural light. I showed up in the middle of the day and had all this free space to exercise on a mat: hooray!

My son loves after school with YMCA. The instructors are very kind and patiently, this means a lot for us.
Family atmosphere
I absolutely love this location. Clean, plenty of machines, nice clientele, great class selection. I LOVE the reformer Pilates, but I wish that they had the $100 unlimited class rate that was originally advertised. $90 for 8 classes is still a steal around here but the $100 monthly flat rate would be a great opportunity for people to try it out!
