The front desk staff are very helpful and they always want to help. The facility is always clean and the steam room and Sanua works.
Lakewood has great staff who make everyone feel welcome. Also, there is a wide selection of classes and opportunities to explore different types of exercise. There is also a strong group of senior ping pong players who are friendly and welcoming. The Thrive program is just starting, and Lakewood has been very encouraging to new ping pong players who have come to Lakewood for this program.
The hours are accommodating to working parents. The value is good. It’s great to have swim to break up some of the days.
The counselors are great!
Our kid woke us early up every morning ready to go to camp!
I also enjoyed the Facebook page updates so you could get glimpses into their day and know they were safe/well taken care of

My child has come home everyday excited for the next day. I love the interactions the counselors have with the campers and the schedule. The orientation was a plus!

So far, so VERY good! Our family is enjoying the beautiful, and well maintained premises, as well as different great services you offer. The KidsClub is particularly convenient for families with children, and Mari, Kimberly and Gloria (at YMCA Hope Valley) are particularly caring with our toddler boys. All staff has been very friendly with us, and are always willing to help and go the extra mile. We are very happy with our decision of joining YMCA, a month ago.

Clean, well-kept facilities. Easy to navigate court and equipment rentals. Big fan of the sauna/steam room and they have done a good job keeping those items operational
